"Fragmentation of constructed geometry"
"Fragmentation of constructed geometry" simply refers to the deconstructivism that we see in buildings today. Generally, in architecture a building is a box with only 90 degree angled corners. However, in the deconstructivist era of architecture these 'box' buildings are transformed by stretching, bending, folding the walls and roofs of buildings in order to stray away from the generic 'box' buildings.
"Some flows are redundant but are not waste"
Everything in a piece architecture always has a purpose, whether it is to provide shelter for it's occupants or to just look good. This is the premise of this concept. "Some flows are redundant" refers to the current form of architecture which can be classified in the deconstructivist era of architecture. In deconstructivism there are parts of a structure that are not required to construct the building (redundant), but these parts are transformed into pieces of decoration which uplift a building's overall aesthetics, hence they "are not waste".
